1. Agreement and operator
These terms govern developer API access provided by AITG Sdn Bhd (Reg. 202601016521 / 1678618-W), Malaysia. They supplement our Terms of service and Privacy notice. These API terms take priority for API licensing and use. Creating an API key requires explicit acceptance. You must be at least 18 and have authority to accept on behalf of any organisation you represent.
2. Permitted commercial SaaS use
While your account is authorised and funded, you have a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to call Studio’s documented API from your own backend to power your application, website, SaaS or internal business workflow. Your end users may request content through your application. You may charge subscriptions, charge for application features or content generation, and sell generated deliverables, subject to applicable law, content rights and model-specific restrictions.
Examples: a retailer’s product-artwork tool, a marketing SaaS that generates advertisements, or an agency application delivering images and videos to clients. You remain the API customer and are responsible for your end users’ activity and charges.
3. No standalone API resale
You must not sell, rent, sublicense, share or transfer Studio API keys or accounts; resell raw API access or Studio credits; or operate a proxy, wrapper, aggregator or white-label API gateway that gives third-party developers access to Studio generation endpoints. Renaming endpoints or adding your own branding does not make API resale permitted.
Your customers may use generation features inside your SaaS, but must not receive Studio credentials or programmatic access to a pass-through generation API. Charging for your application’s features or generated content is permitted under section 2. Selling access to the underlying generation API is prohibited. Purchasing credits does not grant distribution or resale rights.
4. Credentials, security and limits
Keep keys private on your server, never in browser code, mobile packages or public repositories. Revoke compromised keys promptly and contact AITG. Use authenticated end-user access, reasonable abuse controls and the documented request and job limits. Do not bypass quotas, access another customer’s data, probe protected systems or misrepresent affiliation with AITG. You are responsible for requests authorised by your keys, subject to applicable law.
5. Inputs, outputs and acceptable use
You must have the rights and permissions needed for uploaded or submitted material, including likenesses, voices, brands and personal data. Obtain required consent and provide appropriate notices to your end users. Do not create unlawful, infringing, exploitative, deceptive or non-consensual content, or use the service for harmful impersonation. Apply these requirements to your own customers.
You retain your existing rights in inputs. AITG does not claim ownership of your generated deliverables, but cannot guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity, accuracy or commercial clearance. Applicable model licences and restrictions still apply; consult the model information and contact AITG before use where rights are unclear. Review outputs before publishing. You grant the processing permissions necessary to fulfil requests, including processing by service providers as described in the Privacy notice.
6. MYR pricing and prepaid credits
Customers buy credit packs in Malaysian Ringgit through available checkout. Base prices exclude 8% SST; the tax amount and total payable are shown separately before payment. SST does not purchase additional credits. Studio and API use share the account’s prepaid balance. Credit consumption depends on model, resolution, duration and current API rates. A displayed nominal RM equivalent is a reference value; the actual price per credit depends on the purchased pack. Credits are service units, not cash, transferable funds or permission to resell the API.
Check a quote before submission. Quotes do not reserve credits or lock a future price. Submission applies the current rate and reserves the required credits. Failed jobs follow the published credit refund rules; uncertain outcomes may remain reserved while reviewed. Use the same idempotency key and unchanged request when retrying an uncertain submission. Poor aesthetic results or repeated submissions do not automatically qualify for a refund. Contact AITG about disputed usage. Nothing here removes mandatory refund or consumer rights.
Price or allocation changes apply prospectively and will be communicated on the website or through account notices where practicable. A purchase does not promise unlimited generation, permanent model availability or an uptime guarantee. Expiry, renewal or other purchase-specific conditions must be disclosed at checkout.
7. Availability, suspension and ending access
Models, capabilities and limits may change. API access may be paused for insufficient credits, security issues, non-payment, unlawful use or a breach of these terms, including API resale. We may revoke affected keys or terminate access where necessary and provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve a breach where practicable. Export needed outputs promptly; indefinite storage is not guaranteed. Treatment of unused purchased credits will follow the purchase terms and applicable law.
8. Service responsibility and governing law
The availability and liability provisions in the Terms of service apply. AI outputs require human review, and the API is provided without a promise that every result will meet your intended purpose. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that Malaysian law does not permit us to exclude. Malaysian law governs this agreement. Contact AITG first to seek resolution of a dispute.
9. Updates and contact
Material changes will be announced on the website or through account notices. A revised API terms version may require acceptance and a replacement key before further API use. Contact AITG support with integration, billing or licensing questions.
