1. Operator and scope
Teragrid Studio (“Studio”) is operated by AITG Sdn Bhd (Reg. 202601016521 / 1678618-W), Penang, Malaysia. These terms govern use of teragrid.studio and creator.teragrid.com.my and its image, video, music, voice, avatar, project, account and API features. Developer API use also requires acceptance of the API terms, which permit commercial SaaS integration and prohibit standalone API resale. A separate signed business agreement takes priority if it expressly covers your Studio account.
2. Accounts and pilot access
Studio is currently an invitation-only pilot. An administrator creates accounts and controls feature access. Keep your credentials confidential, use an accurate account identity and tell AITG if you suspect unauthorised access. Media generation is currently enabled for administrators; access shown in the interface may change as the pilot develops.
3. Your materials and permissions
You are responsible for prompts, reference images, recordings and other material you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use them, including consent for any identifiable person's image or voice. You retain your rights in your submitted material and allow AITG and its service providers to process it to operate Studio and produce your requested results.
4. Generated content
AI output can be inaccurate, resemble existing work or vary from a reference. Review it before publication or commercial use, including names, logos, likenesses, claims and rights. Your ability to use an output may also be affected by applicable law and the relevant model's terms. Studio does not guarantee exclusivity, ownership or that any output is free of third-party rights.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Studio to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; impersonate others without permission; create unlawful, deceptive or abusive material; submit malicious code; or interfere with the service. Do not upload a person's voice for synthesis without the necessary authority. We may restrict accounts or requests that breach these terms or applicable law.
6. Credits, plans and checkout
Studio displays a credit estimate before supported generation requests. Actual credit charges depend on the selected model, resolution, duration and other settings. The public pricing page describes proposed monthly plans and one-time packs. Customer generation and checkout are not yet open during the private pilot. Base prices exclude 8% SST; tax and the total payable are displayed separately. SST does not add generation credits. When checkout is enabled, the price and any applicable purchase terms shown at checkout govern that purchase.
7. Availability and changes
Models, features and rates may change or become unavailable. We may maintain, suspend or update Studio to operate the pilot, address security or meet legal obligations. We aim to communicate material account or pricing changes through the service or a direct notice when practical.
8. Liability and applicable law
Studio is provided on an “as available” basis during the pilot. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those rights, AITG is not responsible for indirect losses caused by reliance on unreviewed AI outputs or by interruptions outside its reasonable control. These terms are governed by Malaysian law.
