What is Teragrid Studio?
Teragrid Studio is a chat-based AI content creation platform operated by AITG Sdn Bhd in Penang, Malaysia. Businesses can plan and create images, product posters, videos, storyboards, music and talking avatars in saved projects.
How do I create my first advertisement?
Choose a creative task, describe your business, audience and approved message, then add authorised references if needed. Refine the suggested brief in chat, check the model, format, duration and credit estimate, and generate when ready.
Can I use my product photos and logo?
Yes. Upload authorised references using the plus button and label their purpose, such as product, character or scene. The number and type of references supported depend on the selected model. Check generated packaging, logos and lettering before publishing.
Can I turn an image or storyboard into a video?
Yes. Use Make video from a generated result. Storyboard workflows support grids from 1x1 to 4x4, with options to work from individual frames or use a grid as a reference where supported. Select a compatible video model and review the settings.
Can I create content in English, Malay and Chinese?
The interface supports English, Malay and Chinese. Ask the creative chat for your preferred content language. Text and speech support vary by model; proofread generated lettering and review pronunciation before publishing.
How are generation credits charged?
Generation uses account credits, with estimates based on the selected model and supported settings. Video duration and resolution can affect cost. See Pricing for current plans and top-ups in RM, and review the displayed SST breakdown. Credits are not a fixed number of videos or images across all models.
Will my chat and reference files be public?
Your project chats and uploaded references are account content and are not listed in the public sitemap. Reusable member prompts require sign-in. Read the Privacy Notice for information about processing and service providers.
Do you teach beginners how to use the platform?
Yes. Teragrid Academy offers a two-hour Zoom class at RM99 per person, discounted from RM299. HRDF training has separate pricing and duration; contact AITG for course details and eligibility.
